路上安心 Safely & Soundly APP隱私權以及個人資料保護通知及同意智能耳聰科技股份有限公司(「路上安心 Safely & Soundly APP」之服務提供者,以下簡稱「本公司」),為了保護使用者使用「路上安心聽Safely & Soundly APP」之隱私權,且遵循台灣「個人資料保護法」之規定,制訂本隱私以及個人資料保護通知以及同意 (以下簡稱「通知及同意」),協助您了解「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」如何蒐集、利用及保護您所提供的個人資訊,當您開始使用「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」,即代表您已清楚了解本公司隱私權保障機制,並已受本公司告知蒐集、利用、處理個人資料、傳輸個人資料之目的、個人資料之類別。個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式,且對於前揭告知事項表示同意。
一、本通知及同意適用範圍
本通知及同意適用於您使用「路上安心Safely & Soundly
APP」所提供的各項服務時,有關個人資料的蒐集、利用、處理、傳輸以及隱私權保護,但不適用於與「路上安心Safely & Soundly
APP」連結之其他網站。凡經由「路上安心Safely & Soundly
APP」連結的其他網站,均有其專屬的隱私權以及個人資料保護政策,本公司不負任何連帶責任。當您連結到這些網站時,關於個人資料的保護,應適用各該網站的隱私權以及個人資料保護政策。
二、個人資料之安全
本公司未經您的同意,我們絕不會將您的個人資料提供予任何與本網站服務無關之第三人,但有下列情形者除外:
- 法令規定;
- 應政府機關、司法機關之要求;
- 本公司為行使法律上的權利或對訴訟上之請求提出防禦;

本公司於「路上安心Safely & Soundly
APP」內蒐集的個人資料之類別(依據法務部公告之「個人資料保護法之特定目的及個人資料之類別」詳列如下,代號及項目嗣後經法務部公告變更,亦將隨同變更之)包括:
- C〇〇一 辨識個人者。例如:姓名、職稱、住址、工作地址、以前地址、住家電話號碼、行動電話、即時通帳號、網路平臺申請之帳號、通訊及戶籍地址、相片、指紋、電子郵遞地址、電子簽章、憑證卡序號、憑證序號、提供網路身分認證或申辦查詢服務之紀錄及其他任何可辨識資料本人者等;
- C〇一一 個人描述。例如:年齡、性別、出生年月日、出生地、國籍、聲音等;
- C〇三五 休閒活動及興趣。例如:嗜好、運動及其他興趣等;
- C〇三六 生活格調。例如:使用消費品之種類及服務之細節、個人或家庭之消費模式等;
- C一一一 健康紀錄。例如:醫療報告、治療與診斷紀錄、檢驗結果、身心障礙種類、等級、有效期間、身心障礙手冊證號及聯絡人等;
- C一二〇 宗教信仰。
五、蒐集個人GPS定位資料及應用
下載「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」或使用本App所提供服務時,本App會透過系統取得您所在地的GPS定位資料。
收集GPS定位資料目的:
本APP適用於戶外,特別是行進時,通知交通警示聲。為提供優質聲音通知服務,基於下列理由,需要取用GPS資料。
- 因為不同國家地區緊急車輛的警示聲有差異,取得必要的位置資料可依該區域的緊急車輛警示聲特性,提供事當的聲音通知服務。
- 本APP依據您的位置資訊,判斷您的移動狀態,當確認您在行進時發送提醒開啟麥克風,取用聲音通知服務。
六. 個人資料蒐集之特定目的
本公司於「路上安心Safely & Soundly
APP」內蒐集的個人資料之特定目的(依據法務部公告之「個人資料保護法之特定目的及個人資料之類別」詳列如下,代號及項目嗣後經法務部公告變更,亦將隨同變更之)包括:
- 040「行銷(包含金控共同行銷業務)」;
- 069「契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務」;
- 090「消費者、客戶管理與服務」;
- 135「資(通)訊服務」;
- 136「資(通)訊與資料庫管理」;
- 137「資通安全與管理」;
- 152「廣告或商業行為管理」;
- 157「調查、統計與研究分析」;
- 176「其他自然人基於正當性目的所進行個人資料之蒐集處理及利用」。
七、個人資料之利用
個人資料利用期間、地區、對象及方式。
期間:本公司將持續使用您提供的個人資料,直至您提出停止利用或「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」終止提供服務之日為止。
地區:中華民國境內、境外(主管機關禁止者不在此限)。
對象:「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」、受「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」委託或提供本服務必要範圍內之關係企業及合作廠商。
方式:符合蒐集特定目的及法令規定範圍之利用。
八、資料當事人權利
- 本公司所蒐集個人資料之當事人,依個人資料保護法得對本公司行使以下權利:
- 查詢或請求閱覽。
- 請求製給複製本。
- 請求補充或更正。
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
- 請求刪除。
- 您如欲請求停止或刪除您的個人資料,可與「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」客服小組聯繫,經一定程序驗證身分後辦理。若您選擇停止處理或利用部分個人資料,致提供之資料不足或有誤時,「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」則可能無法提供完整之服務。
九、個人資料之保護
「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」會將您的個人資料完整儲存於我們的資料儲存系統中,並以嚴密的保護措施防止未經授權人員之接觸。「路上安心Safely &
Soundly APP」的相關工作人員如有違反保密義務者,將受相關法律及公司內部規定之處分。
- 為了保護您個人資料之完整及安全,保存您個人資料之資料處理系統均已設有各項資訊安全設備及必要的安全防護措施,以保障您的個人資料不會被不當取得或破壞。
- 如因業務需要有必要委託第三者提供服務時,「路上安心Safely & Soundly APP」 亦會嚴格要求其遵守保密義務,並且採取必要檢查程序以確定其將確實遵守。

Privacy and Personal Data Protection Notice and Consent
The user’s privacy and data are important to Aurismart Ltd. and “Safely & Soundly App”. (Referred as “we”). This agreement states what data we collect and what we do with it.
Once you start using our services and (路上安心 Safely & Soundly APP), you will have read the whole Agreement, understand what it can do and have accepted this Agreement. The data we collected are to comply with the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act(個人資料保護法) and to used for improving the service, organizing personal data, and transfer between our partners and collaborators. Reading this agreement means that you have understood the period of data collection, region, target users, and method and have been informed about this agreement.
1. Scope of this agreement
This agreement is only relevant on the services provided by (路上安心 Safely & Soundly APP)
about the personal collected, usage of the data, transfer of the data, and protection of
privacy. This agreement, however, is not relevant to outside the application and any
website linked from this application or service. We are not responsible for the user’s
privacy in any of the linked websites.
2. Security of Personal Data
We will not share any of the user’s personal data with any unrelated third-party, except
for the following situations:
- Regulations;
- To comply with the court order;
- For legal reasons;
- For prevention or investigation of illegal activities, fraud, threats, violations of the Terms and Conditions agreement, or for any of the above reasons.
3. Collecting, Processing, Usage, and Transmission of Personal Data
We would only collect, process, and use the personal data of users of the categories
specified below for specific purposes and in regard to related laws. Other than the
categories specified in this policy or specially highlighted in the law, we will not,
without your consent, share or release these data to third-parties or for other
purposes.
Providing personal information is optional. However, if the information you provide is
insufficient or inaccurate, our company and the 'Safely & Soundly' APP may not be able
to provide complete services.
4. Categories of Personal Data Collected
The categories of the user data we would collect are specified below (according to the
notice from the Ministry of Justice of “The specific purpose and the classification of
personal information of the Personal Information Protection Act”, the codes and content
are according to the notice, if any changes are made this policy changes accordingly),
including:
- Code 001 Type for identifying individuals
For example: Name, title, address, office address, previous address, home telephone number, cell phone number, messenger account, internet web signing up account, postal and resident address, photograph, fingerprint, the E-mail address, digital signature, serial number of certificate card, certificate serial number, record providing internet identity authentication or applying inquiry service record as well as any other data which can identify the individual. - Code 011 Individual description
For example: Age, gender, date of birth, native place, nationality and voice, etc. - Code 035 Recreational activities and interests.
For example: The hobbies, sports and other entertainments, etc. - Code 036 Lifestyles.
For example: The types and details of consumer goods and services, personal or family consumption patterns, etc. - Code 111 Record of health
For example: Medical reports, record of treatment and diagnosis, result of examination, handicapped type, degree, validity period, identity number and contactor, etc. - Code 120 Religion and faith.
5. Collecting Personal GPS Location data and Its Applications
When downloading the "Safely & Soundly app" or using the services provided by this app,
the app will obtain your GPS location data through the system.
Purpose of collecting GPS location data:
This App is designed for outdoor use, especially during travel, to provide audio alerts
for emergency vehicle warning sounds and horns. To provide high-quality audio
notification services, GPS data is needed for the following reasons:
- Because different countries and regions have different emergency vehicle warning sounds, obtaining location data is necessary to provide timely sound notification services based on the characteristics of emergency vehicle warning sounds in that area.
- Based on your location data, this App determines your movement status and sends a reminder to turn on the microphone for using the audio notification service when it confirms that you are traveling.
6. Purpose of personal data collected
The purposes of the user data we would collect are specified below (according to the
notice from the Ministry of Justice of “The specific purpose and the classification of
personal information of the Personal Information Protection Act”, the codes and content
are according to the notice, if any changes are made this policy changes accordingly),
including:
- 040 Marketing (including financial cross-selling business)
- 069 Contract, contract-like or other legal relation matters
- 090 Consumer, Customer Management and Service
- 135 Information (Communication) Services
- 136 Information (Communication) and database Management
- 137 Information and Communication Security and Management
- 152 Advertisement or commercial behavior administration
- 157 Investigation, statistics and research analysis
- 176 Other natural persons based on the legitimacy of the purpose of the processing and use of personal information collected
7. Usage of Personal Data
Usage of personal data in what time period, region, target, and method.
Time Period: We would start collecting and using the data from the moment the user reads
and accepts this policy and stop when the user notifies us about discontinuing this
service.
Region: Within and outside of the Republic of China (Not included in prohibited
areas)
Target: “Safely & Soundly App” service providers, contractors, or collaborators related
to the service of the app.
Method of Collection: Within the categories and purposes mentioned and also within the
law.
8. User Rights Regarding his/her Personal Data
- The users have he following rights over the data we have collected of them in regard
to the Personal Data Protection Act and of us:
- Search and reading
- Ask for copy
- Ask for clarification or make modifications
- Ask for termination of data collection, processing and usage
- Ask for deletion of data
- If the user wishes to terminate collection of data and/or deletion of data, then contact customer service, and we will start the procedures. However, we cannot ensure the quality of the service if the user does so.
9. Security of personal data
We will store the users’ data within our data servers and not allow any unauthorized
access. If data breach happens because of personnel, the related laws would come into
effect.
- There are many data protection installations in place for the prevention of data breach and for the protection of the data servers, and to protect the user’s rights.
- If the situation arises that requires third-party access or for business reasons, we would expect them to comply with the security and data protection policies, and have them go through a rigid examination process before access.
